Create a simple network of cooperation with Papyrs group

Papyrs is an easy to use tool for creating mini-site for group collaboration, team projects, multi-author blogs and things of that nature. It is a website and drop Builder with a focus on groups. If you are familiar with Weebly, then you understand exactly how it works and how easy it is to organize your pages.

Since Papyrs is currently in free beta there is only one record type, but this will change after the beta period is over. For now you can create up to 20,000 pages and have 512 MB of disk space to use.

"Paprus acts as a drag and drop your intranet to collaborate better with colleagues and customers. Easily share and collection of documents, notes, electronic forms, and much more. "

The signature is easy and actually kind of fun with the creative symbol form.

The first thing to do is to create a page. This is done by clicking the "new page" in the menu bar. Your first page need not necessarily be your home page? You can choose which page is used as the main page.

When you create your page, you can create a title, select who will have access to it, and set their permissions. In this way is kind of like sharing a document via Google Docs.

To edit your page, you click the "page" and then "edit page" from the menu bar. You can then add items to your page by dragging and dropping. While you are editing your page, you have the option to save as a draft or a published version.

There are many elements on the pages to choose from here: text box headers, images, media widget, text input, the input date input selection, user input, checkbox, input file input, navigation, debate, checklist and attachment.

Media Widget for Twitter, YouTube and Google content.

The widget media is quite useful, because you can add a widget, Twitter, YouTube or Google. You can also add custom widgets, pasting in the code (iframes and flash objects only). The checklist is also useful because it allows you to add to-DOS and tasks (check boxes are) very easily. When you create text, you can add basic formatting, and insert lists and links.

Under settings there is a tab for "Theme" where you have an option 1 6 default themes or create your own. It is as simple as choosing the colors you want to use for each section (kind of like Twitter profile).

What you can do with a final networks? Of course, but also interact, anyone who has access to it to add their favorite and to subscribe to email updates, if desired.

Your team members will also have access to your profile page, and you must make sure that, as far as possible within the fill settings. This is also where you can add an image and change the alias.
