A task that I think many of us would benefit from that on a periodic basis is a critical review of menus and navigation areas on our blogs.
I include myself in this recently — the hit me that I my ebooks on my photography blog was not in my menus. I just had a very dated menu item to a page that was no longer relevant. I swapped the photography book sales page link in again and saw an increase in traffic to that landing page.
It is eventually to get out what actions you want readers to take when they visit your blog and make sure that measures your readers to your blog in the prominent places on calling.
